Mine died after 1 year, I can’t get it to charge even in the house via usb. The settings say charging…hours later it says “plug in low power”. Please help

Hi. Just bought one last week and the first day I plugged it the camera worked fine and was able to set it up, time and date and all, was just waiting for a sd car. Sd card came the next day but before I put it in I just turned on the dashcam again and it has been stuck with Next base name stuck on the screen and no matter what I do it won't come off. Any tips as to what I've been doing wrong would be much appreciated or is it just a faulty one. Still waiting for their customer service team to get back to me

Its a rip-off, the camera for rear window will never aim/show/record the rear window because it is not adjustable to suit different vehicle makes, rear cam plugs into main front view cam, so when you finish adjusting front view cam, the rear view cam targets the ceiling,....lol....rear cam is not adjustable. BTW, I watched 3 youtube videos of bloggers so far including PJA project and these crooks don't want to share the rear cam defect. remind you they do praise the front cam and even show recordings of the road but not one word about the rear cam recordings,.......lol

Can't belive i wasted $140 on this pile of crap! Only records for 48 seconds at a time and then freezes with laggy button control! I feel ripped off!
