For styling the disabled button, you could have simply played with opacity.

Just a suggestion: would have been really nice to show a good way to do nested comments.

In tailwind.css I type: .button.blue { @apply text-white bg-transparent bg-blue-500 border-blue-500 hover:bg-blue-300 } and VSCode changes it to .button.blue { @apply text-white bg-transparent bg-blue-500 border-blue-500 hover: bg-blue-300 } (adds a space after hover) which basically invalidates it and gives me the error: Error: Expected a pseudo-class or pseudo-element I looked through settings in VSCode, but cannot find anything.

that's strange, mine doesnt do that, I'd guess prettier is doing that, try resetting prettier to its default settings and see if that's still happening

Awesome video man and there's no reason to dislike it lol!. ;) but one doubt though, useSwr is really cool actually for updating data. Can you explain why do you wanna use state management rather than revalidate? or is revalidate better ?
@Classsed3 жыл бұрын
revalidate is cool and works but if you want to optimise your app ideally you'd want to remove redundant http requests to your server (or to an external API as that can cost money as well)

Hi Ahmed.. thanks so much for this series.. learned a lot from you.. Just tell me.. why are not you using server side data fetching(getSeverSideProps,getStsticProps) while loading the posts, comments etc.. You are still using Client side data rendering.. Can you explain the reason please.. thanks again :) Love from India

what is the use of that api folder?Can you please show am implementation in this project?
@Classsed3 жыл бұрын
it's for writing API endpoints just like we did on the backend server code
