The grief was always for ME not for him...he went home and I'm stuck here :) it takes what it takes to move through grief. ones opportunity for self forgiveness for all the would have- should have= and could have and didn't. I went out of my body while sleep paralysis. It finally happened with nearly all my latest experiences. The trick I found out and want to share is not to panic, just calm your mind and relax your body. No need to try to feel your body because you wouldn’t. Then try to feel the present moment by focusing on your breath like when you’re meditating. You will realize that you breathe so fast. Then just calm it down and feel your breath in and out slowly. So if you hit it, you will insanely be transported and awakened in another reality just like waking up from your dream. Congratulations and welcome to the higher state of your being. 🎉

Thank you for having Darius on again, I could listen to him on 24 hour podcasts, no problem. It would be great if you could take questions from your viewers. Alex, next time for Darius, I have so many... For example, many if not most NDE's describe having no physical body, just awareness. Yet Darius says that we are just as physical but even more so when we are out of body. I would also love to hear more of Darius's personal experiences out of body, His conversations with other beings, Of course whatever he feels comfortable sharing.
