At 4 years old I was enduring unmentionable abuse. I was washing my clothes out in the tub by hand n I was shaking as the blood poured from all my fingertips. Overwhelmed with anxiety , I heard the most beautiful singing I ever heard. I began to look around . An audible voice told me this was temporary n would be over one day. It was the calming I needed. For the rest of my life I’ve had prophetic dreams . I’m guessing it’s a gift from the other side. It’s the only thing that has pulled me through my hardest times

Almost 30 years ago I lost my husband to sudden death. I had read "Embraced by the Light" in my desperate need to know about the afterlife. I had written to Betty while sinking deeper and deeper into my all consuming grief. How we came to be connected is a story in itself. Nothing but a miracle. She encouraged me to write down my story and send it to her. She was writing "The Awakened Heart " at the time. She included my story in her " Letting Go" chapter. I ended up meeting her in person not long after. It was as if we had known each other forever. I credit Betty for pulling me through that horrific time in my life. She is a beautiful soul. She helped to heal not only my heart, but also my soul. I am forever grateful to Betty. ❤

Jeepers creepers. Given the wide variety of disparate and extremely biased accounts we shouldn't accept anyone's NDE or OOBE. The astral and lower spiritual realms are populated by fallen angels and other dark psychic denizens out to mess with or minds and make us believe in stuff that ain't based in *truth.* Deviant spirits manipulate astral reality, they can create landscapes and places. They pretend to be illustrious beings or dead loved ones. They even imitate JESUS (2 Corinthians 11:14-15). They're virtual (but not quite) reality masters. I'm an ex neo-vedantic (hindu roots) new ager. I used to be into so much cosmic stuff: channelings, ancient wisdom, gnosticism, hindu gurus and buddhist mystics. I was enlightened by the *kundalini (serpent) spirit* then 6 years ago I got properly enlightened/converted by the Holy Spirit which showed me what a fool I was before. Spirit led me to the real Yahshua/Jesus Christ and everything changed - paradigm shifted. This is being born again and it's an ongoing surprise to me 😁 It escapes the notice of our self-absorbed, glamour soaked world that we're in a spiritual war for souls. The immensity of ignorance is astonishing: the luciferian powers bedazzling the minds of the masses (Ephesians 6:12). We've inherited an ancient spiritual subversion: the earth is fallen, mankind is a spiritually fallen race highly prone to *deceit and delusion.* Frankly, we need a Saviour and by Jesus Christ do we have a *Glorious One* As a new ager I couldn't believe but in the *Light of Spirit* Jesus really is the *Way, the truth and the Life* just like He said: no one comes to God except through Jesus, there's no other way (Matthew 7:13-14). As a neo-vedantist I wasn't convinced but turns out the Bible is Spirit breathed, written by men inspired by the *Holy Spirit.* Jesus is vividly portrayed and endorsed in the new testament, in fact he's apparent in the old testament too (Luke 24:27 & 44) and by the *Light of Spirit* we're allowed to *see* that and *know Him.* Any previously perceived discrepancies or contradictions are ironed out and the supernatural narrative flows most beautifully. The Bible is the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

In 1971, I was a 19 yr old hippie and I had a spiritual experience where I was praying and crying to the Lord and I saw a BEAUTIFUL STREAM OF LIGHT from the ceiling from God and he said, "Paulette, you are saved." And, my fearful body left me thru the bottom of my feet and I was filled with the Holy Spirit and perfect peace. It changed my lifeb forever! His voice sounded like beautiful tumbling waters. I have read books on NDE's and listened to podcasts since that time. People would ask me how to get closer to God and I told them to forgive and to love.

When Betty described meeting and speaking w Jesus, I was in tears. A few yrs ago, I had a dream that I was in a dark area and almost immediately, Jesus was there and embraced me. I never did see His face [ didn't feel worthy ].. but I looked down and to my left... I saw a long, flowing, glowing pure white sleeve w a gold glowing trim and briefly the scar in His left palm. Suddenly, without a word, I felt such pure love and forgiveness wash over and through every cell in my body... that any wrong thing I did or thought, was understood bc of the intention behind it and my asking for forgiveness was forgiven long ago. I, too, had an abusive [ in every sense] childhood, low self esteem... overcame it through yrs and yrs of anxiety and became an Rn and loved helping others. I've always been an animal lover and empathetic. I could feel peoples' energies, even in non-verbal patients... I could feel their discomfort and need to change positions, for example. I know we had a conversation, but not w words and I cannot remember what it was. I do remember not wanting to leave Him. I've often wondered if I had an NDE while sleeping. I've had a few paranormal experiences in my life. I trust in His will for me. I believe I chose this life for a purpose. I broke the cycle of abuse and all my children have happy and well adjusted children. Ty for this interview. I lost my precious fur baby a month ago and I know I will see him again.

Awesome testimony. God gives us our hearts desire. Our animals are precious to us because they're innocent. Jesus was depicted as a lamb for a reason. Just lost my shitzu Emily 14 years plus five years of her diabetes. You're right you do not need an nde to get it direct Revelation from Jesus. I received that power at 38 years old at work, working alone when I confess my belief in Jesus & his love sacrifice for the world. I've always been a researcher. My father always taught me to be objective because the truth will set you free. As a kid from a non church-going family I volunteered to go to Sunday school because I wanted to know God. I was taught like everybody to just blindly believe but that is absurd because people have to have reasons to believe. To say "have faith" is in a complete sentence. Today I can back it up 100% that I can defeat any fundamental Christian in a debate. Loving Christian people help volunteer to feed the poor and do many acts of love BUT the leaders don't know a thing about scripture and that's a FACT I have proven for over 30 years on Christian forums. If anyone deserves hell's fire it would have been Paul the Apostle when he was known as saul of Tarsus. Persecuting and even giving the thumbs-up to murder of those who did not believe in his religious programing. Sadly today's Christians are not taught Grace by faith. As Alan Jackson sang "working hard to get to heaven" where I come from. God is so forgiving it's like a fairytale but it's true absolutely true. The sad thing about Paul, who taught me Grace by faith, if you think right you will do right, Is that he went to Jerusalem even though told not to because of guilt. God forgave him totally but he did not forgive himself for murdering a wonderful man the disciples Steven. Acts 7. I knew this before i even read him say that he deserved being killed because of the way he once persecuted the church. The most amazing writings in there so corrupted by egotistical people. The word bible is not in the scriptures anywhere. God gave us a wonderful testimony to God and Jesus are and man polluted this for money and power. I believe 100% that your experience was true ♥️

No offense at all when I say this but the bible says it so clearly: "They worship the creation but not the creator".....this is a huge part of the prob w/ progressive/ Marxist/ new age Christianity. If you're gonna walk the new age path and believe in reincarnation and all of this, then you need to stop calling yourself a Christian & get out of Christianity altogether b/c this is not true Christianity. We have two extremes in Christianity these days: Either new agers or fundamentalists. Both are radical fringes that God does not honor or teach us to be like. God is a centrist and helps us to find the middle, the balanced hub where total truth exists. However, too many Christians want to throw the baby out w/ the bathwater due to so much conflation instead of embracing more careful nuance. Both sides are into their own ego and want their will to be done, not God's. I know we need to let go of organized religion but that doesn't mean to let go of having a relationship w/ God. Most ppl don't know God's true character or nature so they worship his nature of creation instead of directly His own nature of who he is as God. I hope this helps someone seek further b/c we don't have enough curiosity in these areas b/c most ppl think they know it all. Letting go and letting God is what we can't handle b/c it means giving up our control and obeying our intuition - aka, 'the God voice' that lives inside us so we don't need yoga or TM or tarot cards or magic or rituals or any of that nonsense. Sorry for the blunt truth but this comments section needs it badly. :)

When I was 21, and a young mom, I read Betty’s book. I was at a cross-roads with my Christian faith and her words heavily influenced my own thoughts about religion and our relationship to God. Fast forward 30 years, my son takes his life in March 2022. I embark on a profound spiritual quest, and have been deep down the rabbit hole, as I found that son had never talked to me about his belief in Metatron, 5D ascension, etc…and watching this video reminds me that I have come full circle. I trusted my own heart back then because I knew that nothing could separate me from God’s love because I loved my baby boy so much and knew nothing he could ever do would stop me from loving him unconditionally. Now that he is back with Source, he has reached out to me, and confirmed much of what I learned 32 years ago in Betty’s book. Her story about Prince had me laughing out loud. Bless Betty, and bless you, too, Alex!!

I had a NDE and tried to explain the darkness to people, it was pure love and peace. I wasn't afraid. People tried to tell me there shouldn't be darkness. Our souls are pure consciousness. There is no darkness, light, colors etc as we perceive in our human body. I was told I had more work to do and I didn't want to leave my son, so I was sent back.

@@julielea8344 I definitely think that's the closest to explaining it. I've had dreams where I was taken somewhere and they "worked" on me. It was Ina facility type place. I then bought it and gave it to my mother who was suffering emotionally from being kicked out of the Jehovahs Witness religion for divorcing my dad who had cheated on her. Religion was Christ Lord Jesus greatest obstacle during his ministry on Earth. The New Testament Bible/Scriptures are the only real thing in this world…God made sure! This is why TRUE Christianity(not “Christendom” which is pagan/idol worship and false Christianity)follows The New Testament Gospels. The Old Testament is the religion of Judaism. That is why Gods character is gravely mischaracterized as FEAR based-vengeful, angry, cruel and terrorizing. This being the direct opposite of agape love, mercy, forgiveness and community. We must be the critical thinkers that God Almighty created us to be…light and dark cannot exist harmoniously. Everything is a test…choose wisely.

Thank you for sharing. Something I would like to bounce off of you. When I was 14 I swallowed a bottle of pills. Heart stopped, I left the body, and felt that incredible Love. I was depressed for many years after, and always wanted to return. It wasn't till about 2 weeks ago that I realized that the Love that I was feeling was me! For all of these years I thought that the Love was outside of myself. Now life seems like it's worth every second, lol. Now my intention is to live Love. Whatever that means 🙏

@kaitlynkarol4600 2 жыл бұрын
@@williamuhl252 - your last line: 'whatever that means' you say about your intention to live love... really? Do you think maybe you need to be more clear on such a profound journey? Let me tell you a little bit more of what that means: Love is God and God is love. That wasn't just your own self-love b/c if so, how does that even happen? If it weren't for God loving us and creating us and the world we live in, how could we ever love ourselves? That would make no sense b/c we have to trace back the steps to where love came from...did it just mysteriously appear on the earth? Is it just a brain chemical and if so, who made the brain's chemistry? Who created this love, and who brought it for us to feel? Logical curiosity leads us to logical conclusions, b/c God is 'logos' - (aka, 'logic') - not some airy-fairy nihilistic, surreal, random sensation or magic trick. God wants us to love ourselves of course, but it's way beyond just that. If that is all there is to it - just loving ourselves, then we are really in some big trouble b/c that means the world is full of narcissists, so we need to also 'love our neighbor as ourselves' and that means we gotta get out of our own way/ meaning our own ego and share that love in a humble way that lets us get out of our own 'love bubble'.... Too much self-love is just as unhealthy as not having enough so we need balance and God is the kind king of balance. When we call on the higher power that shows us that love and shows us how to love ourselves the right way, then we can balance our lives b/c God instructs us how, step by step by talking to our conscience, our intuition. This is where God dwells and this is how we connect to the higher power b/c this spirit of God - 'the holy spirit' - lives inside of our hearts/ our conscience, our intuition. We have learned to love ourselves b/c God is showing us how to use that as a key to unlock the bigger door above to love him back b/c he loved us first. We owe God a lot of gratitude for being so kind to love us and give us life. Have you ever heard of the old saying, "God's gift to us is life and what we do with that life is our gift back to God"? If we love God back and show him our gratitude, then we're off to a good start and we love him back by following his will he has for our life - our purpose we were put here for. By honoring our destiny God pre-planned for us to have, then we continue on that right track. We sure didn't create ourselves or just create love ourselves out of the blue!...reading the bible will enhance your understanding. Start w/ Genesis about the creation of life and 'love'.... peace! :)

My youngest child at the age of five who at the time (1990) was suffering from a tumour on his optic nerve behind his eye. ( which today, full grown he is blind in ) We were waiting for surgery and we didn’t know if it would be cancerous or not. It was a scary time for us and of course like many we gravitated towards Church. We started taking the kids to church and they literally asked us Not to bring him back because he had made some comment about how wrong this was. That’s when I knew it wasn’t for me or us. Any church that is threatened by a child is a Earthly facilitated program and not about God. My son was more godly than inside then there church was. Later in life my full grown daughter decided to start attending a Mormon church. They were nice to her and she was a young single mother with a autistic four year old son ( he is now 14) but the first time he brought him with her (as they would welcome him) he threw a complete fit on the front stairs of the church and refused to enter the building. They tried a few more times before giving up. He literally acted like the church was possessed and come to find out that is what they thought that he needed to come to get cleansed. His autism is a form of demonic possession in the minds of this church. My daughter left and never went back. My grandson is way smarter than them and was smarter even at four years of age. We are a spiritual family, not a church going family. Although there are mostly nice people in churches but many just want to be led instead of learning what God is all about for them selves.

And yes both are true stories. Religion is good for many as they are stepping stones to learning but if you are studying yourself all about what the scriptures say then you don’t really need to attend a church as you know God is in you and heaven is a state of consciousness and our spiritual home is where we came from and where we go back to. I saw two angles after I read her book! I found out I was pregnant and I was walking down the street headed home after finding out I was pregnant and I saw in a preschool play ground 2 children swinging on swings without anyone around but those 2 children, mind you this was a busy preschool I could hear the children playing from my moms old house ! So seeing those children alone with doors closed and no one supervising, I knew , deep in my heart they were my Angels sharing my joy as I skipped down the street ! The children never took their eyes off me! Turning their heads to follow me with their eyes! That book and those 2 children was the beginning of my spiritual awakening! I had gifts as a child! But my soul was damaged….. I love earth, I love people! Hate war and money! I want to go home , but I chose this adventure and volunteered to come here… now if I could just find my purpose again! I need another upload! Sign? Something! Coming across Betty again, might have opened my door again! God bless you all! Peace and love !

As a neo-vedantist I wasn't convinced but turns out the Bible is Spirit breathed, written by men inspired by the *Holy Spirit.* Jesus is vividly portrayed and endorsed in the new testament, in fact he's apparent in the old testament too (Luke 24:27 & 44) and by the *Light of Spirit* we're allowed to *see* that and *know Him.* The Bible is the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

JESUS stated.."I go to prepare a room for those who LOVE ME." Think about it. If an evil person murders people..and is without repentance or sorrow...could he/she possibly fit into a place that is pure light and love. the Bible is not wrong..and no true believer can say that. Thank you Betty, I truly appreciate you, you reminded me that I’m not alone in this world, my NDE was also with Jesus and you telling this truths about his scars makes me feel so much better because that was also my experience, the Jesus I met is very different from the one religion makes him to be, he is our big brother and he loves as all unconditionally no matter what!, I was a atheist all my life and Jesus and God and heaven was nothing more than a joke to me, so you can imagine my surprise when I asked my guide in my NDE if God was real and if Jesus was real as well?, and in a blink of an eye I was in his presence Jesus is so much more that religion makes him to be, his love peace and joy is impossible to describe, his healing power is something that our little brains can’t comprehend, he removed all fears from my heart when we merged into each other and now the only thing there is love and peace and joy for everyone and everything, being back in this place is very difficult and saddened sometimes, I only wish people could understand the truth that was put in our hearts by our creator I wish you well my NDE sister and may blessings, give love my friends because every time give love you’re giving God, be well!

@@racheljasper5955 Wow Rachel!, your words filled me with joy and his love comes clear through them, thank you! I’ve come to realize that they’re absolutely no need for an NDE to meet Jesus, he’s in our heats always reaching out to as, we’re just blind to see it and unfortunately religion sometimes is to blame for this, the amount of love and peace and joy that he have for every single one of as is true and real and it also comes with absolutely no attachments whatsoever, unconditionally and without judgment nor fear, he loves as all the same because we’re all one with all there is and you cannot love one and not the other, is just not possible! This I understood extremely well And is also so simple and easy to understand that blows my mind!, I have never been nor I’m not will ever be a religious person specially after my NDE, on one side there’s “Love” and on the other there’s “Fear”, is up to as wish path to take. I choose fear for 53 years of my life until my NDE, fear is hatefulness, resentment, confusion, ego and intellect, is destruction blindness is depression and sadness is Hell! Love is all that’s pure and clean and well and clear, is easy and without effort is freedom and life is all that our creator meant for as all, Love is God peace and joy, Love is is all that’s real, everything else is just an illusion, a construct of our own thoughts and ignorance and separation from the source of all things One very important thing I was told was to: Know the meaning of words And I said: well? I’m not educated but I have a pretty good idea about the meaning of words The replay as always was very clear and to the point No!, Know and understand the “True” meaning of words And instantly I understood, I understood how throughout history words have changed to accommodate whatever agenda at that particular time period , the church the scientists and people in power have changed the “true” meaning of words to control, the words Sin, Satan, Death, and many others have become whatever they say it is and for consequence blinding people and guiding them into fear and away from the truth and God, is a very sad truth But I also think that people are waking up to this lies, people are becoming more spiritual and are beginning to understand that God is with as all and he loves as all the same way without judgment and unconditionally, all he cares about is our heats, our love for his creation and want as all to be part of it by loving all things the same way, whats do difficult about that?, love is good and free and joyful and peaceful, but of corse I’m referring to true love and not that thing we call love on this side of Heaven full of emotions and ego and intellect, I’m talking about the love that has no frontiers and blessed all creation as oneself I wish all people knew what is like to walk with Jesus on the path that our Father created for as all, is truly amazing and is a blessing Thank you for sharing your experience with our amazing teacher with me my friend, is a true blessing I truly wish you well on your narrow path my friend, and let his and joy and peace cascade over you, your family and friends!, be love and be blessed

@Kurt Schulten a very famous occurence of out of body experience happened to a notable of Sweden, around three hundred years ago. He was with a table of other leading citizens of his town, when he experienced an out of body vision. He saw the capital city (which was mostly wooden buildings then) in the grip of a terrible fire. He was able to describe where the fire started, and which suburbs were affected. Hours later a messenger arrived from the distant capital, and was able to confirm in every detail the vision that Swedenborg had seen. Swedenborg was a vegetarian and spent years in meditation andprayer before experiencing this remarkable ability to be in two places at the same time. All of this is a matter of public record, and there are Swedenborgian libraries containing his books, all around the world. He was Europes Dalia Lama of his own era, many people came to him for mentoring in spiritual matters including kings and queens of Europe, and also John Wesley (founder of the Wesleyan Church).

I have read this book when I have just graduated college in 1996 and I am turning 47 this year but the book have made a large imprint in my beliefs... So wonderful to see Betty Eadie in this interview. Was just telling a friend about her book less than a week ago. I believe this is not a coincidence 🥰🙏

I read and loved Betty’s book back in the mid 90’s. It changed me. I grew up in a catholic home but am no longer ever since having read her book. I believe her 100 percent. 🥰✨

This is incredible. So interesting. And my experience with Jesus was that He giggled at me too. Just like she said He giggled at her. So I know that her experience is like mine in that way.

Oh my goodness...I've never clicked on something so fast!!! I just love you Betty! Your books changed my life, they took my extreme fear of death away and left peace and excitement. The detail in which you explained things made it so easy to visualize and understand. I told everyone about your books and bought them both. I just adore you. Thank you so much for this video and for all you have done for so many people. God bless you and yours!!! ✌🏼🧡

If you have talked to a family member that passed and actually was able to see them you would know there is life after death. Reading Betty's book helped me get over losses in my family.

Thank-you so much for interviewing Bettie! Her shared story changed my life in the early 1990’s. I have read all of her books as well as “The Soul’s Remembrance” by Roy Mills which she published. I have read each one many times and cherish her message. Much love to you, Bettie. Your story has helped me get through losing many loved ones with the knowledge we will meet again when I cross over. 🥰

Thank you for this beautiful guest. I read Betty’s book, Embraced By The Light, when it first came out in the bookstores here in Canada in 1990s. It had such an impact on my on my spiritual life. I was a born again Christian and it opened my eyes beyond the doctrines of the church. That was the beginning. Over the years since that, I had many epiphanies showing me there is so much more to our existence in the universe. I’m not affiliated with any religion now, but my relationship and spiritual journey is much deeper. I spiritually awakened in 2007 and I embarked on a sole soul sacred journey with the Infinite Source of all life and Betty’s talk today resonates big time. I totally get that nature and all life are spirits and connected as One. A beautiful interview. ♥️

I watched this a couple weeks ago and right after watching it, I purchased embraced by the light online. I purchased a copy for my neighbor and my mother.I have never felt inclined to buy a book after watching a near-death experience but this was very impactful.

Read her book Embraced by the Light back in 2020. I had already been researching NDEs for 5 years by then. It was a 5-star book. I’d recommend it to anyone. Betty is an amazing soul.

This has been the best interview on NDE’s I have ever heard and I have heard about 300 of them. Betty is a joy to listen to and her story lifted my heart so much!!! Jesus is so great and I can’t wait to go home to be with him. It’s incredible to think that Prince is right there with him already. Thank you so very very much for this wonderful testimony. I am getting your book for sure. God bless. 🙏❤️✝️

I read that book at 15. My bio Dad had died that year. I read that book in one night it was so good. Here I am 30 years later and still searching for my spiritual belief system. To here her say her book would come to those who needed to be awakened just blew my mind. All this time I have known and still learning all I believe, but WOW profound❤

What a beautiful testimony! I had to laugh at the part where she stated that she became a tree hugger. The reason for this is because, I was taking a walk in the spring time just admiring how beautiful everything looked, and I suddenly got this urge to walk up to this huge tree in the middle of someone's lawn, and give it a big hug. I knew if someone noticed me they would think I was crazy, but it just felt right. I did it, and then continued on with my walk. God us WONDERFUL!❤🙏🌲

I read Betty's book many many moons ago it was probably the 1st one I read on NDE. I had no problem digesting it's content and was totally and thoroughly enjoyed it. My soul was lifted to that higher level. Betty is lovely and I love her laugh I can hear the young girl in her. 😊 Delightful listen! Thank you so much.💜
