Because I am interested in finding the perfect retirement house plan, this video popped up in my feed. I am, however, a subscriber to this channel from a while back (for the stated reason). I am disappointed that this house doesn’t have a floor plan included. I need that to see exactly how everything fits together.

This a really effective and pleasing design. I might suggest a dishwasher (I’m too old to go back now) and maybe a functional element in lieu of the second small table in the kitchen such as a butcher block. Everything is nicely proportioned. The laundry and pantry spaces have become your indulgent signature, I think!

Another winner!!!! So beautiful and spacious. I'd like a nice wide island in the kitchen with enough counter hang over to fit 2 chairs. The barn door for the laundry area is a no go, don't want guests seeing my dirty clothes. I'd add a small place to hang clothes to dry and the sink in there a lil wider and deeper. Don't want water splashing up on me if I'm trying to scrub out a deep strain. Otherwise, It's a Yes for me. Love outside porches especially in both the front and back, this one will definitely do 😊. Also, any house with bookcases is my weakness. I ❤ to 📖.

Another great design! My favorite room in this house is the super large, open kitchen with the walk in pantry. I would love to have that! I also think though, as another comment said, that the second smaller table wasn't necessary. Let the kitchen be as huge as it wants to be! I also love the arches and the wrap around porch. I appreciate a good entranceway, which this definitely has. And i notice the small details as well, like those gorgeous brass handles on the doors instead of doorknobs. Nice touch!

Need to also put size in feet. Not everyone uses the metric system. Need Tub/Shower combo in bathrooms. Otherwise like the design.

i like it alot three things concerning the outside, hand rails at all the steps of the entrances, and with the area that i live, could the outside fire place be converted into a backporch grill? then of course maybe a side carport.

The doors and windows of the bedrooms are just on the right place and the pantry room is what I really love. I guess the designer is a Chinese or someone who knows about Feng Shui. I love this design. ❤ Pity that there is not the floor plan

Brick in kitchen is too distracting....maybe smaller white tile...brighter and cleaner looking...needs dish washer, too....outside color too orangey....tone it down somewhat
