Another beautiful design. For those of us that live in snowy climates, I challenge you to provide a roomy coat closet and place for boots by the front door and an indoor way to line dry clothing that can't go in the dryer.

I really like this tiny design! Especially the downstairs layout. It's an economical layout in square footage use, but has nicely defined separate spaces also. The living room is a good size and not an afterthought. Love the little kitchen, it may be small, but it's totally functional for a cook with lots of storage and countertop space to prep food and store everything. Lots of storage! and the stairs are compact and don't take up much space. I like the upstairs also, except not a fan of loft bedrooms as there is no privacy, but overall, a very well thought out design that serves the needs of a single person, and has a comfy feel to the home's functionality. A hit for sure!

Preciosa casa de campo parece muy pequeña pero no !!!! Distribuyeron muy bién todos y cada uno de los espacios de la bella casa de 2 plantas no se vé nada estrecha todo está en sú justa medida y en el lugar adecuado para hacer de ésta bella casa un sitio muy funciónal y apto para vivir cómodamente !!!!! I appreciate your consistent use of materials in your designs. It makes side by side comparison easy. Plus, they all have the same clean, modern design, which I love. 1) I'm not seeing storage in the upstairs bath. I suppose towels, toilet paper, etc. can be stored in the bedroom, but more cubby holes above the toilet would be nice. 2) Not so sure about the faces of the kitchen cabinets. Hope it's smooth for easy cleaning. 3) What is that metal (?) contraption next to the downstairs powder room?? 4) Love the dual lighting for the stairs! Great job Rassel!!
