I can't believe it! i bought the first part and it was the most detailed and demanding space-naval-battle-simulation ever. The story was good and i haven't seen a more beautiful spaceship than the angelwing in my life. GIVE ME THE SECOND PART!!!

If they to this games engine and used its graphics and such from this tech demo, and put a cinematic viewer so you could watch it like this video, and combined it all with the massiveness of Sins of a Solar Empire so you could have a near endless game if you wanted and move from plant to plant like SSE and gave you the ability to make ships and buildings and customize each, then that would be the ultimate space gaming experience.

We need more games that involve tactical, capital class starship combat. Bridge Commander comes to mind but that is just a single ship. I like Nexus although it is a bit limited in some aspects. Would love to see another game similar to it.

Heck I say make it a MMORTS type of game with like a EVE style universe so that it is a always going but instead of one ship you have many and all the stuff I said before and make it so in the online universe you can pretty much go make your own empire and control it all and team up with others/or not. it could really turn into the ultimate online game for space enthuses ever. maybe even make it so you could pick from some pre-made races or make your own and own ships. so much that could be done

I hope not. I've never played Eve. Nexus focuses on space combat missions only and story. No resource gathering or construction.

I thought the story of Nexus: TJI was awesome. Also, EVE's gameplay is nothing like Nexus: TJI's gameplay! What are you smoking? Even after Trinity, EVE doesn't `look` anywhere near as good either. It wasn't a space exploration game. They don't need to change the formula at all. It was a strategic engagement game. It was amazing and the sequel should be just the same.
