Btw guys, Blish and nexus are not to be replaced with each other , but work with one another, blish cant automatically update arcdps and disable it when a new patch comes out, just like the addons that blish provides cannot be provided by Nexus. Ideally you wanna have both of them so you can get the best of both worlds.

Theres even a Blish addon FOR NExus, called "Nexus Shim" that moves the Nexus icons over aso that they dont interfere with Blish's icons.

This sounds much more useful than UOAOM. The worst part is when there's an update and it breaks arcdps so I have to go into the folder to rename the folder just to not load the plugin. Also, the disable function in UOAOM has NEVER worked for me.

Disable and remove never works with the addon manager. So annoying. The whole way it's supposed to be navigated is PITA

this is actually interesting been ignoring arcdps for the past year as the constant juggling disabling update breakign game again was too tiresome for me

looks pretty cool! I liked the idea of blish alot, but I experienced a big performance drain (probably some weird integrated GPU/CPU option which takes precious CPU to compute Blish graphics) when I use it so I don't really use it. I will give this a try and see how that works out!

if arc is brocken to a update, remove only the dll and the settings will be saved and if there is a new version, add the new dll and everything is back how it was. No need redo any settings.

Very cool addon, I never got arcdps before due to it always breaking and being annoying to get working again. I have DL'ed it now but I was wondering if there is a way to make the words and numbers on ARCdps bigger? They are very small for me and hard to read. I cant seem to find a option to change that. Overall very cool. I do worry though, with this program, after seeing how over the years with WoW how addons have changed the game for the worse(in my opinion). This program creates a easy and simple way for these addons to be accessible. Now the current addons that I see are not game breaking, but if some start to pop up like enemy CD trackers for pvp and a deadly boss mods type of addon, then I would be worried for the future of the game.

It's decent but not fully there yet, mainly UI-wise. Communications/update information could be a tad better as well. Otherwise it's definitely interesting

Nexus is the future of addon manager but its not cooked yet browse feature have not much stuffs yet, UOAOM manager have tons of addons that goes with arcdps and actually updates those aswell which Nexus can't do yet, no radial aswell in nexus browse feature another thing id like to suggest is make it easier to switch from UOAOM to Nexus with all my existing settings that being said i have very high hopes for this project hopefully dev team will manage to make it the best addon manager ❤

I use nexus besides UOAOM only for arc...and whatever gets ported to nexus in the future - works fine in parallel.

yes I just did a guide for that, you just install nexus on top of it all, You make your d3d11.dll into d3d11_chainload.dll And then you put the nexus d3d11.dll in the main directory

3:10 I seriously hope you didn't do it like that every time by deleting everything lol For example if using UAOM it's just enough to rename "addons" folder to something else and then when you want to enable it back you just rename it back to "addons" again and you have all your options because nothing was deleted. Of course with a manual arcdps install it's a bit different, but there is no need to delete everything and re-create the setup you had before. Still, this seems like a good addon manager. Will try it out for sure.

I had arc and radial installed by the old AddonLoader. Just removed arc and installed arc again with nexus - works fine.

Doesn't work for me. Windows will not allow me to download the .DLL file direct and the installer did not work Edit: Problem solved now. Got it working and its awesome

for some reason it windows sometimes thinks its a virus, just pause the windows antivirus, download it, then make an exception for the file

that´s probably because of windows defender, since it very quickly flags it as malicious software (not only nexus, but anything that injects executables into other programs) due to how it works and updates (it´s a program that not only injects itself into another program, on top of that it also downloads additional files/executables, aka the plugins and tools), so defender and other software immediately go crazy. Especially since most of the files are hosted on github (which VERY easily triggers false positives). But delta is currently working on it to prevent those false flags in the future (i believe he even considers actually signing the whole project in order to prevent false flags).

yeah great one. had to delete .dll because the game just crashes after the last update. and the latest .dll creates the same result. the game update was 3 days ago....

You know you could be infecting your users with malware with no source there is no way to know. And even if he did send the source to someone that does not mean anything they could just send the malware version.

You can also install the "Nexus Shim" module inside of BlishHUD. That will automatically detect Nexus and move Blish icons accordingly.
