I’m just new in cardfight vanguard. 1. What’s the different between premium and standard? 2. In anime, what I should start to watch cardfight vanguard latest meta?

Standard format has a much smaller card pool being limited to cards releasing from OverDress onwards wheras premium is everything in the games history in one format If you want to watch the anime i recommend starting with DivineZ or OverDress

So premium is a pool of all the cards. Standard is a pool of specific cards from specific sets so anything from the D era is standard. And each have their own banlist cause different formats. Regarding anime you can just watch the divine series but I recommend watching the dress series since next year the new season of divine will have characters from the dress series though how many is unknown so far i think.
