@@Don-Royall exactly.2017-18 neymar was ahead of ronaldo and messi by MILES. Cannot care less about the bs ballondors etc, the only reason he did not win it is because he was injured. The dude was top scorer, top assister, top dribbler, and top overall rating in europe. Top scorer in ucl 6 goals in 6 games, top scorer in all leagues i think as well. He has a rating of 9 in ucl group stages, the most of any player ever. The injury vs marseile ruined it all forever. In no other season he has the whole package of goalscoring, playmaking AND dribbling all at the same time in a single season. Almost 1 goal per game. In my opinion the only player better than neymar 2017-18 is prime messi 2011-12 and maybe 2014-15, and maybe cristiano 2011-12 and 2013-14. Any other player ever since the 2010s pales in comparison to 2017-18 neymar including many versions of messi and ronaldo included.

@@footballminds3706 That is the reason i dont care about ballondor. Individula performance does not matter nearly as much as collective trophies. And if i am honest, on an individual performance Ronaldo was almost never better than messi individually than messi, and sometimes even neymar, with very few seasons as excpetions. Even since 2008-2009 Ronaldo was only better than messi INDIVIDUALLY in 2013-2014 and maybe, just MAYBE 2015-16 (probably messi was better as well in 2015-16). Noodle hair ronaldo in 2017 won the ballondor by being absolutely mediocre from september 2016 all the way into march-april 2017. He then had like 4 good games in UCl vs bayern atletico and juve and that was enough to win ballondor LOL. Messi on that season was like 2 times better than CR7 and i am not even joking. 2017-18 neymar was the best till he got injured. This is why i think ronaldo is overrated af.
