The most experience shooter of the team is always generally the penalty taker. Even when Suarez or Torres was the best player in Liverpool, Gerrard was the one who took penalties. Same goes for Lampard. Taking penalty requires, calm nerves and a still head not flashy skills. And these are predediced by the coach of the team and the senior players as well. I think Cavani is the penalty taker of this team.

Cavani has paid his dues. When he arrived he played out wide for many seasons because Ibrahimovic was the main striker. Once ibra left Cavani moved into the main striker role & scored one less than ibra did in his final & best season. Cavani hits a powerful & accurate penalty (he was very unlucky with this penalty & could've been put off by Dani Alves & Neymar's antics). Neymar is a mediocre penalty taker. Regardless of who takes the penalties Cavani will end up top scorer at PSG seasons end if all are fit.
