At this point, MLS can now choose to be picky on who they bring into the league. I respect Neymar as a footballer. But the fact that primarily Chicago was the one interested tells the world that MLS isn't really interested.

I'm not sure what you're trying to tell me here but my comment was by all means not a dig against MLS. Quite the opposite actually. Let me clarify. With Neymar's current situation, nobody really wants him, Europe, Asia and North America included. Chicago Fire is a bottom of the table club in MLS and again, the fact that they're truly the only one in MLS who was interested tells the whole world that MLS is not interested as a whole. Again, due to Neymar's current situation. Inter Miami doesn't count. They only want him for the Barca reunion going on there.

@@mrfilamfishing I don't think MLS has anything to worry about. They've proven that when quality talent is available they'll find a way to make it happen. At this point in his career, Neymar isn't good value for money.

Saudi Pro League is one of the best leagues in the world? In terms of what? It's not even in the top 20 Global Football Rankings. What they have is money and lots of it. Al Hilal, Al Nasr, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli are the only ones running that league.
