Thank you so much for understanding. I've had many co-workers lose their job, because of a bad split decison. They had to have the union to fight to get their job back. They would be waiting up to 2 years or more and not even get back-pay. Un, un! Not me!

@NeziNappsakaNezi I had a co-worker who lost her job last year due to her and another co-worker arguing with one another. Before this incident, I would always try and advise the one who I'm friends with not to allow anyone to cause you to lose your job. She didn't listen. The manager told them at first they were suspended for so many days. After everything was said and done, the manager decided to not allow them to return due to one saying she was threatened by the other one.

Yeah, it's so many moisturizers for our locs. Most of us use the rosewater spray, but I love the peppermint in mine. There's a popular one on Amazon, that people use, but I can't remember the name brand. I know that using hot water on hair, will dry it out. I use warm water, instead. You can use any gllsser, you can find. I like that it doesn't have alcohol in it. You're welcome, sis. 😊

Hi, Adrienne! You sholl right about the rudeness. It's outrages! I definitely understand about wanting to fight, if someone hits you, but you have to figure out if its worth losing your income and retirement. I had to make the best decision at that time and I'm glad, I did, because I'm gettig paid every month from my job, from retirement. Life goes on. I always appreciate your comments. 🤗🤩

Girl, I never take off my bead. It stays on while shampooing and retwisting my locs, but of course, my locs are more matured than yours. Once you hit your one year mark, you don't have to retwist down the shaft, as often. Right now, you are in the shaping and molding stage; your hair is in training. Just remember, always going down the shaft with retwisting, tends to make your locs skinnier and thinner. I go down the shaft maybe once a year, very lightly, just to knock out the flatness and keep a nice rounded-like shape.

Hey Nezi….You have a unique way of twisting your hair 🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m so use to comb method or they twist from root downwards; whelp it worked out for you ☺️. I was just telling you how you can solve the issue of crocheting your loose hair into lock so you don’t have to worry about it 🤷🏾‍♀️. I will stay that you’re definitely FREE FORM and it shows 😍. We drivers 🚉 have a lot of stories 😂😭🤣😂
