By the way, whilst you've recredited Michael Kanentakeron Mitchell as the director elsewhere the description of the video still credits Mort Ransen instead.

I know this was posted some time ago, but it would be incredibly helpful if subtitles could be added to the film. The auto-generated ones are atrocious.

The Indians police, should have arrested the Local Canadian cops, for violation of Indian laws. No lawful authority exists when one leaves his jurisdiction.... Canadian cops lost all authority on Indian Land.... They in fact, kidnapped those Indians

White man here, The Canadian government can bring 50,000 Syrian refugees into the country but they can't settle disputes that have been going on for 150 years with the natives. Side Note - Miller Hughes Ford tow truck is seen in the video, they are still in business today.
@AlAminOYT

And...?? Are the Syrian refugees less of a human compared to the natives? You can bring in refugees and solve native problems at the same time, the government has enough resources for that. The native problems are harder to fix because of the systematic racism that was instated for 100s of years. I don't think its a good idea to gatekeep help. Also just curious to know what do you mean by "White man here" ? Cheers :)

@@AlAminOYT 1. ''Also just curious to know what do you mean by "White man here" ?'' go to school. it's a very simple sentence. he is saying that he is white racially. 2. ''Are the Syrian refugees less of a human compared to the natives?'' just because both are humans, does not mean they deserve the same rights on land that is not theirs. OH! before you go off on '' is this your land'' rant - is it not? I think conquer has and will always be the winner in this argument. if territory is conquered, that land is now the land of the victor. we can see this in all peoples and animals, naturally it is so. however, humans have to bring in feelings over it, and proclaim it as a fact. but let's be real here, the natives are already here and of course genocide is not an option, integration has been tried ( and quite poorly too) so what is left other than to leave them on an island? 3.'''You can bring in refugees and solve native problems at the same time, the government has enough resources for that'' maybe so, but what can be done in a democratic government of talk? only talk. zero action. and let's be real, has the government of Canada ever done anything to prove that they CAN solve issues? they have been a lapdog for years, if not GB's, it's the USA. this is and has been the Canadian identity. this problem is much bigger than just a humanitarian '' can't we all just live in peace, and betray our very nature as human beings!'' I don't think adding 50.000 Syrian refugees is going to fix anything here, or hell do anything good to the country. well i take that back. this is perfect acceleration-ism towards a rebirth of the Canadian people.

@@TheFlyinCowboys so basically your saying it’s okay to go somewhere and take it by force. I’m sure if some one came into your house and pointed a gun in your face and then claimed they now owned the house you wouldn’t be okay with it... show some empathy. The aboriginal people have been put through a cultural genocide. I hadgrandparents that were taken away and beaten for even speaking the only language they knew... raped not able to speak her parents forced to a reservation.. may as well call them concentration camps because that’s what they were. Food was used as leverage and starvation a tactic. The system was trying to destroy the Indians... it’s not the same as someone coming here for school or some shit. Conquered

It still belongs to us. The only offer given to the squatters was an offer to share. We also only gave them partial political sovereignty over their own citizens. An offer to share is not a transfer of ownership.

We have to pay to use the bridge as well. We get funnelled thru to cross legally as well.. But people in my shoes don't block the roads make a fight! People have identies in more than being part of their animal brain! You can tell when people just want to be civil and have the road open cross legally..And no one was being forceful, But to remove the road block! But agree with showing your strengths to use your leverage not get pushed around.. People are going to see
