This can be especially helpful for individuals with ADHD who may struggle with time management, planning, and organization. I appreciate you sharing this information and providing insights into how NFC tags can be used to support ADHD management.👏👏👏

I've recently bought a bunch of tags but still haven't put them to use. I new about opening URLs but hadn't thought about APIs. This really makes the sky the limit. Thanks! I really enjoy your workflow and obsidian content. It was your videos that inspired me into obsidian. I'm still not regularly using it the if my ADHD brain let's I'll keep it going this time. Thanks!

Is it possible to add a shortcut to track a certain medication? Let's say I put a tag on my aspirin box and when I scan it with my phone, I want Medisafe to record the time I took that specific drug.

that i dont think is possible, of if it is, i havent looking into doing it as it would require more effort than i have right now

I don't do it with medsafe, but I do this through notion and there are good videos out there on exactly how to do it and I've seen people use their iPhone health app too.

Great video, you're by far the Obsidian creator I most resonate with (from your systems, engaging tone of voice and topics discussed). I was wondering if you planned on a 2022 Vault workflow ?:-)

How finicky is it? There are certain things, like unlocking my phone with my face, that seems really useful at first, but only work like 1/4 of the time so they aren't worth using.
@BryanJenks Жыл бұрын
not too finnicky in practice

Not sure how it works on android but if you use iOS automations instead of nfc tools to detect nfc tags and run shortcuts, you won’t have to open your phone

Hi Bryan, do you know if a similar workflow is possible for Medisafe with an Android and NFC?

Hey, I also have adhd and want to be doing research with obsidian and zettlekasten. Not gonna lie, its been very hard as nobody knows what I am talking about with this stuff and the idea of adjusting things for my adhd brain is such an overwhelming task that I have been frozen on for about a year now. Is there a way we can get connected? I could use a tip or just some encouragement from somebody who understands the challenge of an adhd brain with all this stuff.
