Only thing I hated was rain games when all the players had the same area of their uniform wet.All the stains looked the same lol.Still awesome and even now it’s fun to play.When this came out in 04 it was 20 dollars and the most mind blowing thing ever. Those half time shows were amazing.Just like and NFL game.The “crib “ thing was insane too. You could get shuffle boards and air hockey tables in your crib to play haha.Historic video game

One thing I do like about the Xbox version compared to the ps2 version is that on the Xbox the halftime shows actual videos and highlights on the ps2 it only shows pictures and commentary

Yes AND the xbox version had custom soundtracks for the arena music and celebrations. Plus sharper more detailed graphics. Im doing franchise on the ps2 version and the graphics are so blurry on that version.

💯 PS2 didn’t have a Hard drive (HDD) built in. Every single OG Xbox did, that’s why they could do halftime shows and more replays. Fun Fact…it did support the PS2 Official Sony HDD, but only a few people had actually purchased that, if you had the PS2 HDD you would have real videos just like the Xbox version.

Question playing 2k5 on xbox 360 , do you notice any glitches , are is it just my system, its nothing big, sometimes chris gets cut off when he speaks, and when a wr runs out of balance he seems to be like the running man for a second, but no real glitches like madden!

Madden is the ONLY football game that comes out and for us ppl who loves to watch and play football we are forced 2 buy and play trash ass Madden every year. NFL 2k5 fans (I am one too) refuse to acknowledge the fact that this game was very clunky. It was impossible to play defense by, say, controlling a linebacker. It was impossible to consistently throw to the backs in the flat. It does some great things but for solid responsive gameplay, Madden 06 has it beat.
