I can't recall an incident of ever hearing one person say a bad word about Willie Davis. CLASS PERSONIFIED. Only a backwoods redneck shithead could find a character flaw in him. Lombardi surrounded himself with superior people. That is why the Packers remain footballs greatest dynasty. AND THE GAMES GREATEST COACH.

This was an accurate video showing how people build trust and respect through "Sports." Willie Davis was an awesome "Leader" promoting a "Cardinal Rule of always Loving Your Neighbor" and Respect Everyone! Lombardi made me as a young athlete move forward being a "Walk-on as a division III football player at STOUT in I972." It was an influence in my life, always respecting a can do "Individual Leadership." Leadership is a Personal Blessing! Thomas J. Hard to believe that as of writing this (6 May 2020), Bill Curry is the only person interviewed for the 1966 Packers team still alive. Bart Starr passed last May, and Willie Davis a couple of weeks ago.

@@finchborat The Steelers added to their 4 SB'S in the 2000's. The Patriots had a ten year gap between SB wins 2004-14. Both losses to the Giants then. Steelers got 2 in 4 and could have had 3 in 6 and a STAIRWAY TO 7 if they had beaten Aaron Rodgers in XLV.

@1:40 why are the packers playing the cardinals in miami??
@jacktheripoff1888
@jacktheripoff1888 10 ай бұрын
That was a game known as the "Playoff Bowl" that was played in the NFL from 1960 to 1969. All the games were played in Miami. The contestants were the second-place teams from each division and it was played a week after the Championship game. The Packers and Cardinals finished in second place in their respective divisions in the 1964 season so they met for that game in January 1965. It had no official postseason status and today the NFL classifies them as exhibition games. The game was initially set up to raise money for the NFL players association. It did raise 1 million dollars over the decade it was played. The players from the winning team got 1000 dollars and the losing team 500 dollars. Lombardi coached in 2 of those games called it the "Losers Bowl".
