Like the above said, windy conditions, and they also wanted to ensure the Browns didn't expect a punt, to ensure they would have no chance of running it back.

I wonder if it's harder to throw a pass with a kicking ball than the regular ball.

It is since its just a very broken in ball, but itd only really be noticeable to top level players. The average person almost certainly wouldn’t be able to tell a difference in how they feel Though another question that your question brought up that I can’t seem to find a conclusive answer to is “Can the faking team elect to use a regular ball instead of the K Ball?” I dont see any reason why they couldn’t and I highly doubt the Defense would be able to notice, only the long snapper and punter/kicker

I don't get the first one. #78 isn't an eligible number so he had to report. Unless they do it every single FG and PAT attempt, why would you fall for that?

It is common on FGs and PATs. By rule, the offense must have seven players on the line of scrimmage, and the outer two must be eligible receivers. For place kicks the common formation is a nine-man "line" with tight ends at the ends but set back off the line to handle edge rushing blockers, and seven linemen (or six linemen and a big tight end) on the line itself. So there's practically always at least one guy who has to report.

I don´t understand 1:20 Why was it a good move? Instead of kicking a field goal on 4th down, they just kicked the ball a little further, like a short punt. They missed out on 3 points, for what reason?

That would have been a 48 yarder, and that kicker was hitting a little worse than 2 out of 3 from beyond 40 yards in his career to that point; he'd never hit one beyond 55 yards. He missed a 46 yarder later in the game. Given that the Browns had only gained 4 and 13 yards on their previous two drives, I can see the thought process - pin 'em deep, three-and-out, and you maybe get a fresh set of downs and a short field to try for a TD instead of _maybe_ tying and then giving the Browns 4:30 to try to get the lead back from better field position. That said, at that range, I think you've gotta try for the three.
