They should add to the rules that you either take the flag or hug it out.

A heated moment of wasting 30 seconds of 2 15 second ads that you cannot skip 🙄

@Squidward’s Clarinet Here are some fights/heated moments you can use for an NFL Heated Moments Part 7 if you want. I was able to find a Preseason game with 2 heated moments, a London game, and a couple of Playoff games as well: 1. Bills at Titans 2009 Week 10 - 4th quarter with 2:47 remaining 2. 49ers at Rams 2009 Week 17 - 4th quarter 2:36 3. Jaguars at Chiefs 2010 Week 7 - 4th quarter with 2:00 remaining 4. Jets at Lions 2010 Week 9 - 1st quarter with 10:43 remaining 5. Ravens at Steelers 2010 AFC Divisional Round - 1st quarter with 12:22 remaining 6. Saints at Packers 2011 Week 1 - 3rd quarter with 5:23 remaining and the replay occurs after the very next play with 4:45 remaining 7. Steelers at Ravens 2011 Week 1 - 2nd quarter with 13:20 remaining and the replay occurs with 13:03 remaining 8. Giants at Eagles 2011 Week 3 - 2nd quarter with 2:51 remaining 9. Eagles at Redskins 2011 Week 6 - 1st quarter with 12:09 remaining 10. Bengals at Seahawks 2011 Week 8 - 1st quarter with 12:33 remaining and the replay occurs after the refs announce the penalty, and there’s a second replay that shows Simpson’s reaction right after the first replay is shown before the next play 11. Cardinals at 49ers 2011 Week 11 - 4th quarter with 11:10 remaining and the full replay occurs after the refs announce the penalty 12. Texans at Jaguars 2011 Week 12 - 1st quarter with 2:23 remaining 13. Broncos at Falcons 2012 Week 2 - 1st quarter with :02 remaining after the replay of the fumble, replay occurs before the refs announce the penalty 14. Steelers at Raiders 2012 Week 3 - 3rd quarter with 1:31 remaining and the replay occurs after the commercial break and before the refs confirm it as a touchdown 15. Seahawks at Rams 2012 Week 4 - 2nd quarter with 14:14 remaining 16. Seahawks at Panthers 2012 Week 5 - 2nd quarter with 8:11 remaining 17. Steelers at Bengals 2012 Week 7 - I believe it occurred in the 4th quarter with 10:23 remaining. It was Willie Colon’s block on Vontaze Burfict. It occurred in the game tho, you might have to scroll through the entire game to find it, but it’ll be worth it. 18. Redskins at Steelers 2012 Week 8 - 3rd quarter with 3:08 remaining 19. Steelers at Bengals 2013 Week 2 - 4th quarter with 3:14 remaining 20. Colts at Chargers 2013 Week 6 - 4th quarter with 4:27 remaining 21. Rams at Panthers 2013 Week 7 - 3rd quarter with 9:50 remaining and 4th quarter with 15:00 remaining 22. 49ers at Titans 2013 Week 7 - 4th quarter with 6:40 remaining and the replay occurs after the next play 23. Buccaneers at Seahawks 2013 Week 9 - 2nd quarter with 0:50 remaining and the replay occurs after the Buccaneers use their timeout 24. Colts at Titans 2013 Week 11 - 2nd quarter with 5:05 remaining 25. Patriots at Panthers 2013 Week 11 - 1st quarter with 2:53 remaining 26. Redskins at Falcons 2013 Week 15 - 2nd quarter with 9:51 remaining 27. Ravens at Bengals 2013 Week 17 - 4th quarter with 10:09 and 4th quarter with 8:23 remaining 28. 49ers at Cardinals 2013 Week 17 - There was a heated moment with Colin Kaepernick and some of the Cardinals players. I believe it occurred during the 2nd half of the game. 29. Jets at Bengals Preseason 2014 Week 2 - 1st quarter with 0:22 remaining and 2nd quarter with 10:09 remaining 30. Packers at Bears 2014 Week 4 - 4th quarter with 8:20 remaining 31. Seahawks at Redskins 2014 Week 5 - 3rd quarter with 2:45 remaining 32. Vikings at Bills 2014 Week 7 - 4th quarter with 14:13 remaining 33. Steelers at Jets 2014 Week 10 - 4th quarter with 1:14 remaining 34. Bills at Dolphins 2015 Week 3 - 1st quarter with 3:13 remaining 35. Chiefs at Bengals 2015 Week 4 - 2nd quarter with 11:46 36. Chiefs vs Lions London Game 2015 Week 8 - 2nd quarter with 0:52 remaining 37. Chiefs at Broncos 2015 Week 10 - 3rd quarter with 2:04 remaining, replay occurs after the refs announce the penalty 38. @Squidward’s Clarinet There is actually no heated moments in the Ravens at Bengals 2013 Week 17 game. A heated moment to replace that game is Bengals at Ravens 2013 Week 10 - 4th quarter with 7:44 remaining and 4th quarter with 5:24 remaining

Those refs better be getting paid a ton to dive in the middle of 300 pounders in armor having a fight. As a player, unless you're protecting your QB or something, throwing a punch you know will get you ejected is a selfish dick move. Now you've screwed your team over and could cost them all big because you can't control your emotions. I know things get heated, I played up through college, but you can shove all you want just don't throw hands. It's probably going to hurt you more than them anyway...hand vs helmet isn't a good match.

Funniest things about football fights is that they fight like kids on a playground, no helmets off, no shirts over the head, punching pads an inch thick. Real menacing lol.
@WhackDaddy_Bannon Жыл бұрын
Offsetting penalties do nothing….they should make the players who get personal fouls like these sit out of the game for 5 minutes like hockey. That will curtail this shit a little.

It's actually a lot less in the past few years. It feels like most of these clips in all the compilations come from about 2009-2019, where fighting and scuffling on the field sort of became a norm after being relatively uncommon before then (certainly not nonexistent but it wasn't a regular occurrence). I think the NFL didn't really bring the hammer down on this sort of thing until the Myles Garrett incident in 2019. Once that happened, I think they realized they needed to stamp out that behavior lest it escalate even worse. They must have done something to make an impact because in the few years since then the on-field tussles dropped pretty drastically.
