@@Only1QueenOfEverythingI watched 5 different reports of this story and none of them mention the driver of the Lexus (Cory) being arrested for DUI, and two of the reports I watched said “alcohol may have played a part”. If she was at fault then why was there no mention of her being arrested? And wouldn’t she have failed a field sobriety test? Plus one of the reports I watched (NBC News) showed the wreckage of the Dodge Challenger the boys were in and it was, literally, ripped apart and the Lexus has relatively little damage. A car would have to be driving at around 100 miles per hour or more to be torn apart in a crash. I think the boys were speeding and swerving from lane to lane to avoid other cars but the Lexus driver was unable to react fast enough due to the boys speeding and she hit them by mistake.

Because just like everything the news is a business and if they mentioned the celebrity more people are more apt to turn in and click and search etc... which translates to money. Just like when Kobe and his daughter died in the helicopter crash. The other people were mentioned as afterthoughts but it was Kobe and his daughter that got top billing. No one said it was fair, but people were more affected by his and his daughter's passing than the rest of the passengers.
