@Fatimayurr No Lamar is just a choker. Remember 2019, where the Ravens had the 1 seed only to crap their pants in the playoffs its the same deal here. I do agree that was a great defense, but it wasn't the defenses fault. The offense didn't do anything. The coaches are the ones who apparently thought it was a good idea not to run the ball. Lamar is a great regular season QB but in the playoffs he chokes just like Dak Prescott over on the NFC side.

It's interesting to me how much people are complaining about this Super Bowl matchup. We got tired of the Chiefs dynasty WAY earlier than the Patriots one, it seems. But the Niners are a good story: last pick of the draft somehow manages to start despite being the third-string QB. Everyone doubts him constantly and now he's the third youngest QB to play in a SB. CMC was constantly one of the best RBs in the league but stuck on a shitty team. Now he has a chance to get a SB victory. And they'd defeat the Evil Empire to do it. Plus, the last SB with those two teams was a good one. The Ravens and Lions were both good stories, but I honestly don't know how good of a game that would have been to watch.

I think Mahomes and the Chiefs are generally just more dislikable than Brady and the Patriots: There always was a sense of respect for the Patriot way and the way that organization ran it’s business, through seriousness and pay cuts and selflessness. Mahomes and Reid aren’t like NE. They’re not a well oiled machine, their😂 players who are not likable, from Travis Kelce who is an asshole to Mahomes whose family and by extension him is disliked, it’s not the same. Chiefs just feel like a team that happens to win a lot, not a respected dynasty.
