They had a bunch of great running backs but as a person and great multitalented player who works hard to be the best and be so humble he is a great role model. Hey Brennan! Very cool man. I started going to Cal home games when I was 16 back in 1980 man and I loved watching you at Cal. I don't blame you for transferring because of circumstances plus your brother was at Stanford. I just want to say thank you for all the thrills at Cal. I loved this conversation with Christian McCaffery. That was a no joke conversation and I love those kinds of give and take. Two highly intelligent dudes who dig deep into life who consider their lives carefully. The unexamined life is not worth living man. Also, if we cannot be honest with our selves then we are in trouble and at risk of being a victim rather than owning our choices. I obviously was no where close to the kind of athlete you two were so I am speaking from a different life experience. I coached high school wrestling for 10 years including my last 2 as head coach. I began to think that much of training is not so much to physically prepare us for our sport so much as it is to convince us that we deserve to succeed. We have worked hard. We have done everything to our best ability. We even did extra. Some guys are supremely talented athletes (like you two) and those types of elite athletes don't require much convincing because they already expect to succeed. For the rest of us not so much. We require varying levels of convincing and that is where the training and extra work makes a huge difference. What do you think? A fella who wants to play football at a high level, ABSOLUTELY shines on gold and red. CMC is one of my favorites out of a team FULL of talent. 10 broken records with panthers with MANY more to come with the 49ers. October 20, 2022 a team made a huge mistake. second, third, and fourth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft is a small price to pay for a guy full of football like CMAC. Thanks for being a niner.

I love that both of you have so much depth on improving your mental and physical health and game, it's amazing, yet not surprising. I'm more familiar with Christian because I like watching different football teams and I first noticed him when he played for the Panthers, and he became one of my fave players. When he was traded to the 49ers, I knew that team would be unstoppable, yikes! anyway... I could easily write an essay here, but will hold back... Outstanding interview he . I have a lot better comprehension of Cmac I always thought he was too small but never knew he put on weight and the training and other sports. Get Joe Burrow on your show…he was a point guard in high school…similar ❤I hope Frisco wins the Super Bowl my Bengals humbled them then the Ravens any given Sunday any team can win. Paul Brown taught me that they beat the Vikings 27-0 in the Bengals 3rd season…the Vikings were a Super Bowl team
