Not playing drake maye would be a mistake. Get him the reps now. Keep plugging up holes next year and with drake maye showing his talent we can recruit #1 receivers. Then next year he would have fixed a lot of rookie mistakes and we can make a real run.

Drakes gonna die behind our O line and him sitting and learning is way better because it gives him the chance to see Jacoby make a mistake and learn not too and also see how a Veteran goes about playing so he can learn more playing him would be a mistake that we shouldn’t make

@@hellothere6761 i disagree. A few weeks is fine to get to see these things, but he needs to play. Get through all the mistakes this year and learn from them. So going into year 2 we get a stronger o line and maybe a #1 receiver and now drake maye has the experience he needs to have a successful 2nd year with better team. We don't want him going through that process in the second year where we could have a chance. This is the NFL no room to baby anyone. Many will tell u to play is better than not to play. Sidelines are for back ups. Starters play and get better playing.

@@platinum9898 not really the best Quarterbacks we’ve seen have sat in fact the Greatest QB OAT sat for his first season and Brady learned from Bledsoes mistakes because instead of having the chance to get him killed out there and ruining our franchise guy he learns from a veteran on the sideline and sees mistakes he makes and doesn’t make them year 2 we shouldn’t risk our franchise guy just he can learn on the field when he already can off the field
