Bill clowned on them all preseason cuz he’s such a casual. Called them one of the worst teams w/o doing any research. They were in the playoff hunt last yr AFTER Cousins went down with Josh Dobbs and then Nick Mullens as their QB, with Jefferson missing almost half the season. They lost only Danielle Hunter on defense but replaced him with Dallas Turner. They made improvements along the O-line and signed Aaron Jones. And of course Sam Darnold which granted everyone doubted except for ppl like me (huge SC fans) and Vikings fans but they still drafted JJ so even if u doubted Sam, they still had JJ. So with the same great coaching staff in KOC and Flores plus improvements while losing very little, they were supposed to be one of the worst teams?? This is why only casuals think Bill knows sports, cuz he’s just like them

The cowboys issue is that they are small up front and can’t stop the run. Its why the Niners have been such a tough match up for them. The pass catchers for them are fine. Between Ceedee, furgeson, cooks, and Tolbert they have plenty of guys to catch the ball. They can’t stop the run. The ravens ran the ball 45 or 60 plays for like 6 yards a carry or something lol

PURDY played lights out. 22/30 293 3 TD’s and 6 of those incompletions were passes that hit the receiver in the hands. Brock put the ball in the receivers hands multiple times to ice the game and they dropped it. Falling apart in Santa Clara

Bill tried to rationalize that Saints bet a little too much as if it was a bad beat or something. Eagles outgained the Saints 460 yards to 219 yards. They were clearly the right side to bet and it would have been a "fortunate" win for anyone that bet the Saints. Bill talks about the Saints OL going out while ignoring that the Eagles had 2 offensive linemen get injured (1, a future HOFer) and they lost their #1 receiver during the game too. Really tough to feel like you caught any type of bad beat if you had the Saints in that game.

Long time listeners will know the Saints are one of the teams Sal bets all the time probably for the last 5-6 years. He never comes out and says I like the Saints this year but he's always talking about losing because of the Saints and betting the saints for large parts of the season and then swearing off the Saints at some point. Then this year he's not on them. He doesn't like them. So they come out and look like one of the best team in the league the first 2 weeks. Then suddenly Sal bets Carr. Carr looks like dogshit. He truly is the Saints mush. 59:12 He therefore has a duty to tell if he puts any bet whatsoever on the Saints.
