Gotta be honest...never heard of Shaboozey, and I'm not a huge fan of country music. When I heard his name and first saw him, I figured it was the same old rap or hip hop performance that always seems to take center stage at these shows today. Imagine my shock when he started actually belting out what sounded like country music...and even more shocking was how much I LOVED it. The songs/lyrics, and the way he delivered on stage...that was a hell of a show, and it's so refreshing to see this kind of a performance get center stage. So glad I actually watched this halftime show, and discovered this young man.
