Saints secondary was suspect, their whole game is not to get beat deep. They had to keep the Safeties close to the line because Dalvin Cook tore off some great runs in the first half. The Vikings went for the deep shots when the Saints safeties were in close.

That play isn’t the **REAL** reason we lost. We ALL just watch that Saints defense play AWFUL today. I wish to see a day where the browns, lions, cardinals, and especially Falcons all win a super bowl. In only 54 years of its existence, the majority of the teams have already won the super bowl. Double that and eventually every team will have won it. Even if I'm dead by the time we win it, I wouldn't care, because I would already know the victory would be inevitable. Cousins is like halfway between Tom Brady and Tim Tebow... He's a leader with decent talent, but he's not awesome. He will make all the standard throws, he doesn't throw to the other team, and he hangs on the the damn ball. What more do you want? I'll take a 110 passer rating with around 4000 yards and 25-30 TD's a season every time. The last throw to Thielen in Overtime should convince you he can throw deep. His only problem is that he can't throw consistently under extreme pressure. Guess what? There are very few QB's that can. Kirk loves throwing it deep; he is a playaction QB to the core, and I respect that.
