I live in the UK and was first introduced to the NFL back in 1984. That sort of weather would have brought all sport in the UK to a grinding halt. How anyone could see the ball in the air in those conditions is beyond belief, guess that’s what makes the NFL so exciting to watch. Great game and congrats to the Bills on the win.

Football in snow is a lot of fun. Yes, a pass can disappear in the snow, but you can usually pick up the arm movement of the QB and then just stay in your route, and at some point the ball reappears. The QB would have lofted it to give you a chance to get under it and you can still catch a lot of those. What makes it so fun is you have such little grip that you can't make cuts, so you're taking wide turns flat footed, kind of like a cartoon character on ice, just trying to keep your feet under you. Another aspect is early winter snow flurries have big flakes, so the ball is kind of glazed. That makes it easy for the defense to punch a ball out, force a fumble, and then everyone's diving for the ball.

There was at least one play I was screaming for a whistle because I thought Davis was about to fumble. It's like the refs wanted to extend the plays to increase the likelihood of fumbles.
