It reminds me of the Jacksonville playoff game a couple of years ago when they ran up 31 points against us in the 2nd half. Thought I was seeing a rerun of that game. But we were indeed exposed last night. It showed why we should have gone after some quality receivers, our weaknesses in the interior offensive line (probably why we can't run the ball), and our holes in the defense. We need help with above-average teams. We have to be honest with ourselves and stop living the fairytale. We are a team on the rebuild and will probably take 2-3 years to rise up to elite team status. I doubt we can beat the Broncos on Thursday, but hopefully, we can close out with two wins. Watch the Raiders blow our chances in the last game of the regular season. We had different opportunities to get a couple of players before the trade deadline and didn't, which means that the team wasn't planning to make a run this year. And even if we do make the playoffs, we'll be one and done. It's time to begin a chat about the draft next season and the trade deadline. Honestly, I'm no longer sold on the coaching. Harbaugh has been out of the NFL for a pretty long time. Let's just say I'm on the fence right now. I've seen Harbaugh make some odd decisions in the last few weeks.

This is my favorite Chargers game I’ve ever watched. I was born in 99 and became a fan when I was about 8 or 9. This game happened on the day me and my best friend were flying home from college for Christmas break. Since it was a Thursday night game, the airport had the game on every TV. When we got on the plane it was 28-14 in the 4th quarter and we assumed we would lose. Once we landed we immediately checked the score and saw it was 28-29 and realized not only had we won but we went for 2. We both started freaking out. As soon as I got home I watched the highlights over and over again. It was a great way to start the break. Funny thing is I’ve been to about 7 games in person (some of them were amazing over time games). I’ve even met Herb and Ek and other players at training camp. But still this game is for some reason the most special Chargers memory I have. Kinda sad 😂 but that’s life as a Chargers fan.

Well the pass interference rules are so murky and change all the time but I think the reason they called it is because the defender was making contact while not turning their head to play the ball, clearly seen at 16:55 the defender is making contact while completely facing away from the pass and it's past 5 yards from the line of scrimmage (the endzone is 10 yards deep play started at the 1 yard line). But who knows, it always feels like refs choice. Yes you can make contact for the first 5 yards then after if the defender is "playing the ball" which requires the ball to be in the air and defender to be looking in the QB/balls direction.
