Sigurður Egilsson soo I’ve been to multiple rodeos in my lifetime but from what I’ve seen the guy in the barrel is for show purposes (ex; if the bull wants to send him flying it’s fun for the crowd to watch), or alternatively for him to come in and distract the bull if it’s goin crazy and the bullfighters can’t do anything

I suspect the Las Vegas one would be the biggest as a show and guessing somewhere in Texas would be a good place for the genuine overall cowboy feel, but i could just be stereotyping big time here.

Wow ..yaawwnn zzzz. This sport come a long way from yesterday. I grew up watching Bulls coming from the fields & being very unpredictable. The riders never knew which way they were going to go.
