Ok so I found out how to insert this mod. Go to steam library and right click NFS, click properties and go to local files. Once you have the mod files installed (have winrar its free) open it up and also have the local files there too. On the local files window, look for vehicles and click on it. Bring the modded file with the car (should be like VEH_292004) and drag it to the original files. Replace the files and it should work. Also make a copy of your original save to make sure it doesn't get messed up. After that you should be done.
