If the game runs.. try to ignore that files though it is mostly the optional files that you checked during installation and end up nothing because of internet connection. If the game doesn't run. Check for bad files as some files are corrupt

Check for bad files by running the app from md5 folder. If found one download that particular and placed with other files. Install it and check if it works & for black screen run game with admin with compatibility mode it will work

Quicksfv. Exe is file found in md5 folder which is used for checking files before installation. Download that folder again and paste it in your directory and check again
