That god damn SLR McLaren still haunts me when playing the game. Aside from Earl, Ming, and JV, Bull is one of the hardest Blacklist racers to beat. Damn he already fully upgraded his stock SLR and he didn't even put body kits, spoilers, and whatnot.

The reasoning why he finished the campus interchange circuit (12:35 for reference) in only 2 laps despite being 3 because it may have been intended in the game that after you win in a race of not more than 2 laps for circuit or sprint, you are then awarded with a heat level 5 after which Razor immediately calls. This only happens when you start to race Bull's challenges. I often take advantage of this game phenomenon to take any car (I always use the Murcielago and /or Carrera GT because it is my favourite all around car for pursuit and races) that is heat level 1 atm to heat level 5 instantly so that you can freely do milestone challenges without waiting for minutes filling up your heat level to 5.

Yeison Moran I know this is a bit of late reply, but apparently you have to follow the order in which Bull's races laid out, from top to bottom because after a series of 3 races completed you are then awarded with heat level 5 and Razor then calls you out. I think from experience, you are supposed to compete in a race of not more than 2 laps, hence why he got the bug where he instantly finished the race even though he is still in his 2nd lap going for 3rd lap.
