I think it is a mod. But watching this made me think of something. Imagine another sequel to Most Wanted 2005, except it's 20 years after the events of MW 05, and Razor has broken out of prison, but instead of hunting you down, he wants to team up to take down Cross, who is now the No. 1 Bounty Hunter in the US, and Mia, who is now (somehow) he head of the RPD. You could also make it that the M3 GTR wasn't destroyed in Carbon, but instead was sent off to Rog for extensive repairs, and you have it as your starter car throughout the game (but it can't be sold or traded), complete with upgrades to mechanical, junkman parts, and the ability to customise the look of the car for those you do like to customise the look. And instead of it just being Rockport and Palmont in the game, it's all the classic NFS cities from Hot Pursuit 2, right up to Pro Street, as well as various other locations in the US, both real, and fictional. It could be called.....Need For Speed: Nationally Most Wanted (or a way better name than that). EA would probably never do it, and no team but Black Box would be about to pull it off imo, but it would be a cool concept where you aren't just the most wanted on a national database like at the end of MW 05, but most wanted by name due to the chaos you cause while hunting down Cross, with Mia being the end mission, where you either let her go in return for helping you escape, or you take her down for using you the whole time in MW 05.
