life + self improvment project. quite honestly i've gone from being super shy and anxious to being very open and talkative around others now. (yes that does sound crazy that somebody like me who had to talk to many people was shy and anxious. to be honest thats why the videos stopped in 2017/8 and i never recovered. but now i have so maybe i will feel like returning to old ways)
