Lol 😂 and also those patrol cars (cop cars from level 1 and 2 heat) are no good off-road and I went there in order to keep the number of chasing cars minimum. However AWD is supposed to perform alright there but they just aren’t able to keep up for some reason.

3:32 It just appeared on the map because that's an undercover unit and doesn't appear on the minimap unless already in a chase or discovering you.

@pyrophobia133 Once you get the Super Garage Upgrade, using the Undercover Racer auxiliary ability changed the dynamic so much. It felt so freeing that I was able to just pass by cops at speed instead of having to duck and weave out of their sight lines and even sometimes wait 10 minutes for the nearest street to stop spawning cops for me to just get to the safe house.
