You'll need to come to Aotearoa to fully experience Matatini live. It's mind blowing.

Kofi, I grew up a Kiwi from 2 yrs old. My parents immigrated to NZ from England where I was born. Our 1st NZ neighbours were Maori, they are still our family & closest friends 50 yrs later. Our neighbour's uncle sang/performed on a record/LP. When English friends also came to NZ my father would play the L.P. for them as soon as they got here, fresh of the Ships. It is such beautiful music, voices & such a rich beautiful culture. If you ever wanted to visit NZ for a reaction video first hand, we are a friendly bunch, I'm sure that we could organise places for you to stay all over NZ with people who would show you around. I lived in the US for 10 yrs, you will be in for a culture shock, I think in a good way :)

#newsubscriber Kia ora (hello) Kofi, all cultures share this mutual bond and understanding spirituality and respectfully without knowing the language. Although not perfect, New Zealand is viewed by many indigenous cultures as a world leader in colonial and indigenous relations. Maori are seen as a beacon of hope and have a responsibility to continue role modelling educating others about how the language of any culture belongs to the land, the people who live on said lands no matter what their background, are merely the guardians or caretakers and tasked with the responsibility of educating the next generation of its importance so that it lives on forever and ever. Great reaction, keep grinding, noho ora mai no Aotearoa
Kia ora Kofi, greetings to you on your channel you can go tomaoridictionary.co.nz/ type the word and it also has the audio on how to sound out the pronounciation of our kupu(words)
