Hey Firas, Quebecer here, i agree with everything you said about covid but theres one question that you asked and I would like to answer. you said "a guy comes in with a broken leg and he happens to have covid so they are labeling him as a covid patient, why? " Its because regardless if he is going to the hospital for covid or not, if he has covid he needs to be treated in a antiviral way, which means he can only be in rooms with other covid patients, the doctor and nursess that treat him need extra protective equipment etc. I have no idea how they pullout that statistic but they said that the only patient that cost more than a covid patient are those with kidney problems since they need dialisis. AKA a patient comes in for a heart attack, he will cost less to treat than someone with a broken toe with covid. Thats the argument for "taxing the unvaxed" which again i completely disagree with, we are in a socialist country and healthcare is free so we should not bring "the cost of patients" in the discussion

I've always thought that Francis was overrated. Sure he has a little power but he's too sloppy. I don't even train but I think I could probably knock him out because I see so many holes in his game. All you have to do is avoid the big shot and hit him with a counter punch to the chin. For what it's worth I've had my share of street fights and many regard me as an overall alpha badass.

@sandman62100
@sandman62100 2 жыл бұрын
@@vidrink why? If Francis doesn't land a big shot, there's really nothing to be scared of. If Francis were to throw a big punch, I would just do a move called a "slip" meaning I move my head off the center and avoid the punch. When anybody throws a punch, they leave themselves open to a counter. So after I slip I would counter with my own punch aimed straight at the chin. You have to understand that there are levels to this game and what I just described here is advanced high level strategy and techniques.

There's a problem with your Foreman-Ali analogy, and it's that it was not a PRIME Ali who fought Foreman. Ali by his own account didn't have the ability to move that he once did, and so the rope-a-dope (though in hindsight looks like genius) was really Ali's B-material that happened to work because it was 90-plus degrees in Zaire. Gane *does* have the ability to move like prime Ali, and I believe we'll see that his more intelligent feet, his greater ability to manage range and cut angles, will trump Ngannou's timing (which I agree is great). I actually think its Ngannou who should be kicking because Gane is the mover- sort of a Shogun vs Machida dynamic- and Gane doesn't sit down much on his shots/punch hard so Ngannou doesnt need to fear the counter quite as much.

Ngannou has superior timing? He leaves himself wide open lunging in because he trusts his power. He’s willing to take a clean shot to land his. Before he caught stipe with that left hook he got caught with a straight right that wobbled him. Ngannou is not the better boxer in my opinion. People just fall in love with his power
@kanig5256
@kanig5256 2 жыл бұрын
He's definitely the better boxer out of him and Gane. Ngannou is pretty technical, fast and accurate. When you have god given power like that you sometimes use it as a crutch. For instance, charging forward against Rozenstruik is not for a lack of technique. He knows he can take a hit but also land one. We also saw a drained Ngannou go the distance vs Stipe in Stipe - Ngannou 1, so we know he got heart. Ngannou is not going to allow Gane to just leg kick him, move around and reset. Gane will be forced to play his game because the cage will be cut off. I'm very certain it won't go the distance regardless of who wins.
@DM-vs4oo
@DM-vs4oo 2 жыл бұрын
@@kanig5256 It will be a great fight whoever wins. I personally do not see Ngannou forcing Gane backwards to fight his fight. With Gane’s agility, footwork, feints, IQ, hand speed, and the bigger cage, it’ll be very hard for Ngannou to plant and land his power with accuracy. I see Ngannou freezing alot and do not be surprised if Gane backs him up by managing the distance better. Ngannou has the power to erase all technical mistakes but I just dont see it happening. May the best man win!

First, there is already so little talent in HW MMA, that CW would be a totally barren division. Second, the best weight to be historically is actually around 230-240. Cain, JDS, DC, Stipe, and Fedor were all that size. Generally, guys Ngannou & Gane's (or Tyson Fury's) size don't do well. Though their added 30 lbs can be an advantage, it's only when paired with their PRIMARY advantage, which is unique physical abilities. In other words, Tyson Fury/Gane would be just as dominant if he were 30lbs lighter because he's still so freakishly fast for a HW. And Wilder/Ngannou hits so hard he'd be successful if he weighed 240 (maybe moreso cuz then he'd be fast as well). Look at Usyk dominating Joshua: its about skill and physical abilities at HW, not an extra 30 lbs and 3-4 inches in height.

Francis is the hype train. He is very sloppy and he gets away with it because of his size, weight and power. So if he connects it could be over quick. But Gane has been rounds with him in the gym and has an understanding of the power. He will undoubtedly have a game plan. He is also a big powerful HW. Don’t forget Derrick Lewis fought both these guys with different results.
