All Indonesian people simultaneously celebrate the 78th Birthday of the Republic of Indonesia with various themes. Each province and even village level has a different theme for celebrating it.
Just like what was done by Ngipik Village, Pringsurat District, Temanggung Regency, which held a carnival or development parade, as well as cultural performances which were paraded along the main road that crossed the village, Sunday (20/8/2023).
The development parade held by Ngipik Village is an annual village agenda to welcome and enliven the 78th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.
This year, the development parade was attended by 28 participants consisting of 16 RTs from 7 RWs, 3 schools and several companies located in the Ngipik Village area.
This development and arts parade was opened by the sub-district head with a route starting in front of the Ngipik Village hall and ending in Krajan Hamlet. The parade assessment criteria are seen in terms of theme, creativity, visualization, education, humor and cohesiveness.
This parade event was held as an annual village agenda which was the culmination of the 78th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia which was held at the expense of pure community self-help and assistance from the Ngipik Village APBDes.
It costs approximately 130 million
This activity aims to commemorate the heroes who died fighting for Indonesian independence and strengthen solidarity between citizens.
The enthusiasm of the residents looks very large and is still the same as in previous years. Even though each participant was only required to produce one work, there were some participants who produced more than one, even three works in the form of buildings or dance art.
"To peak today, besides the arts parade and carnival and the evening continues with traditional arts in Krajan Hamlet"
