Pole sana! God saved you for a reason! A car can be replaced but not a life!! It hurts that the insurance couldn't pay you..I wanted to hear what reason they gave you tho' .What I have noticed about these insurance companies. Be it ya gari,home etc is that what is on paper is different than what they tell you. So pls read the fine prints,ask questions before signing anything.. coz you are right they are very friendly when insuring you but when something happens they give you other stories and leave you high & dry! But like Karanja has said you will get double portions !

A simple solution, meet in a well lit area, e.g petrol station etc and ALWAYS take a photo of the customer and send it to someone. If the customer refuse, no service. Incase of something.....there is evidence. Rogue con Insurance companies need to be exposed. Form a union even when you're a private operator. Strength in numbers.
