Thank you for the update on Phase 2. Phase 1 till Mukkola is completed, i think. Phase 3 is from Karode to Villukuri, Phase 4 is from Villukuri to Kavalkinaru/Kanyakumari. I think Phase 4 has also progressed well but pending some bridges. Phase 3 is slowest so far.

First construct 6 lane in allapuzha, kollam, kottayam etc. No need to construct 6 lane in kanyakumari border. Its not useful for kerala people. 2 lane is enough near borders. Waste of money

@@TravelIndiaNow inside Kerala highway condition is very bad. From kazhakootam till Ernakulam the highway is just 2 lane and is covering Northern trivandrum, kollam and Allepy districts. From ernakulam till trissur the road is 6 lane but it's of no use as the traffic is too high. And again from trissur till Mangalore the road is 2 lane. Constructions of 6 lane is happening in Malabar. Mukkola to karode will not benifit Kerala People because no one is going from trivandrum to Kanyakumari infact kanyakumari people are depended upon trivandrum. So govt should first complete 6 lane from mukkola till Mangalore. Then only this strech is needed.

2 lane is not enough and who said this road not useful for kerala ppl? making 4 lane road will benefit the people who wants to go to tamilnadu from trivandrum kollam side..we go by Trivandrum-tirunelveli route like twice in a month and we know that how much traffic is there in the route and how long it takes to reach tirunelveli...if this trivandrum-kanyakumari highway connects to tirunelveli bypass then it will be easier for people from trivandrum to travel as well as tourists from nearby places who wants to go to kovalam
