Alex Bennet comes across incredibly clear, and helfpully. As somebody who has not participated in Kendo yet, he is very concise and makes me want to explore the world of Kendo. It is no surprise to me that he is such a high ranking teacher, as he comes across as both friendly but professional.

got to be strange for the sumo practitioners, since one of the main sumo excercises is to repetitively push against your partner's chest and force him out of the ring
