Great video, 1 - Promote Mctavish or Zegras onto the 1st line to give them the best chance for growth!! 2- Also strongly suggesting to move Svechikov & Coangelo onto the 3rd line on order to give them a better chance to grow! 3- I would consider promoting any of your AHL Dmen to the NHL that have room to grow as long as they have better chemistry than that -1 3rd pair ! love the EA draft lottery X(

Honestly I think the move might be dumping Strome for whatever you can get out of him, picks wise. I think you're really sorted out with the cap and you have a big wave of forwards on the cusp of making a jump to the NHL team, if you're sitting out of reach of the playoffs again this year, to me, if somebody offers you a second or a couple thirds for Strome, take it. Gets you cap space, frees up a roster spot and gives you some draft capital to either trade for somebody better, or stock up on futures.

Why not use the new negotiaion features? Its helps you lower contracts to better price points for sure. Ive gotten multiple players to sign 2.5 mill cheaper by using it. U gotta use it and if they persuaians dont work then youll just have to give em what they ask/overpay or trade em. Makes no sense to not try using the negotiation feature.

@TacTixHD that is true, but by doing this you can see how much they will legitimately be willing to reduce their contract by. Some won't reduce at all even with high org/coact interest and some reduce by millions. Idk just think it's an option to use more deeply to get better contracts potentially!

Do high rated goalies matter this year. Last year i had 90ovr goalies high elite. And they sucked fookin arse. Missed playoffs or shit the bed mid season.

Unpopular opinion but I absolutely hate the "gaining X-Factors" thing with a passion. Players end up getting x-factors that they don't do in real life (etc. Morgan Reilly developing Shock and Awe Zone ability in like year three of my franchise) I do full five-six abilities for all superstars and superstar rookies with no shame.

Well it's clear the trade difficulty isn't set to hard. Trades a $6M Goalie to a team with a $5.5M goalie already, Canucks give you a free third, Detroit has no need for either of those players you gave them. This is boring.
