I signed Matt Maggio in my last Sens franchise. He was like 25 at like 78. I signed him for shits and giggles, put him on the 4th line. The following year he got up to 84 overall lol. Ended up getting him to an 88 at 27 years old lol. I feel like this years a bit more fun with the player growth. A bunch of different players grow with opportunity even later into their careers and its different every sim.

Sorry, for the Charm being risky, I meant you can just go with the "neutral" option in the conversation menu instead of Charm. That way you can still potentially sway the player with the "organization" (Talking about the teams playoff hopes and the market size) options and increase the players Organization interest. Again, even for the Organization options, if it says anything other than Risky, don't bother, but the Charm greeting just never works, but you can still conversate with the player and increase organizational interest without needing to charm on the greeting!! Just select "Neutral" greeting!

I think since Crosby, Malkin, Fleury and Letang are taking long to retire, you should push the amount of seasons from 8-10, so you have enough time for a very different team and all the prospects will have grown.

Funny how sims work out. I have Dalibor on my Pens, season 3, and he has turned into an absolute beast. 30 goals a season, power forward, and also a 8 million price tag.

5v5 preseason focus used to be op, because the debuffer was -2 to -3 deking, which was easy to accept. But now the debuffer has been updated to speed, which is less acceptable - you can see why they updated it. I came to your latest video hoping that you had run into the coaching strategies problem I'm experiencing. During the offseason, my head coach switched from a forwards to a defense focus, along with a change in line strategies, and an overall team/player chemistry overhaul. I had scouted and signed players to match his line chemistry preferences, had close to 80% team fit - after the random switch, most of my player's don't fit his new scheme and I'm at 47%. What gives EA? Now I need to hire a new coach every offseason, and then I have to wait until the start of the season before I can see if any newly signed players fit? This glitch ruins franchise fit schematics completely
