Those people are the real problem, so we have to wait. It sucks but for me personally it’s just a video game. List of things I PERSONALLY want: Custom Goalie Masks (as a goalie myself) ;) More custom logos - I make all the college teams each year Cooler on ice projections, we only had like 8 to choose from last year Crowd engagement, chants (there are some chants like "lets go wild" but I wish there were more) louder boos, standing up to bang on glass (idk if this is a thing already I don't think it is) Crowd having themes like white out. Like ncaa25 football, as my gophers have maroon out, gold out, maroon and gold, etc. Realistic crowd sizes for worse games like college football and MLB the show. If two dust teams are playing, crowds should be smaller. Get rid of the full pressure ticker on the ice and just have it activate at a certain time, good players know when they are about to get full pressure. Goalie stats and way cooler intros, like 2017 NHL was the best intros in the game, really immersive, why did you remove it ea? A BIG ONE, OPEN ALL WOC BAGS AT ONCE, IT SUCKS OPENING SO MANY SO SLOWLY, ITS ALSO SO SLOW TO LOAD AND GLITCHY. Let us choose crowd chants for woc, me personally the crowd is make or break, I love realistic crowds Have more than 3 uniform slots for custom teams and woc teams. Like in college football they have 7th alternates, etc. Even 5 options would be good. FRANCHISE SIM WAY FASTER, IT IS SO SLOW AND BORING. Also copy NCAA recruiting system (but calibrate it to be like free agency) Make a mode above superstar, I want to lose sometimes to the ai, they are pretty good on superstar with good passing plays, but it could be even harder. Make rival game crowds more realistic (Devils/Rangers games have more home/away balance) Referees have been using PA to announce penalties and call/cancel goals for decades Have a pre game analysis, would be cool to get like a real simulated broadcast experience, (with the ability to skip this ofc for people who cant wait) PLEASE IN WOC FIX THE AI GOALIES THEY ALWAYS LET GOALS IN FROM THE BLUELINE NO SCREEN IN CERTAIN SPOTS I DONT GET IT THE AI IN WOC IS TERRIBLE I actually like the spotlight celly that was new, but I know most people don't Generate AI pictures in franchise for 10 years +, if I'm on 2030, I'm drafting black faces.

Here’s a suggestion for Franchise Mode: add a Free Agency Frenzy somewhat similar to College Football 25’s Dynasty recruiting. Basically players will have priorities (proximity to home, cup contender, highest salary, etc.) that fill their interest meters for teams. It would work as an auction-like system where you offer “bids” of higher salaries until a players interest meter for a team fills completely, at which point they sign with that team, but some players with specific interests will take a lower offer to have more of those met. What do you think of this idea? Oh, also, we NEED NMCs, NTCs, and Hybrid NT lists

I honestly don't buy EA's excuse to not have GM connected yet. Of course it takes a long time to code and implement. But, why wasn't it on top of their priority list since they removed it back in NHL 14? I don't understand why they had to wait 10 years to finally start working on it? I mean we had so much stuff added since NHL 15 that for sure shouldn't have been prioritize before it. Roster sharing was the same, it's fun that we have it now, but it took a ridiculous time to finally add it. The demand of the community asking for it was so high just like GM connected is now. And the mode wasn't that popular back in the days because the mode was incredibly slow to sim and poorly implemented.

It wasn't very good 10 years ago, so if they bring it back, they need to do it better. Not only that, but in the state offline Franchise Mode is, does it make sense that they will make an online version that actually satisfies the fans who are waiting for it? I think and hope they won't rush it out and make a mess of it. It needs to be good, or they might as well skip it (but they won't). Sooo... let them do it right and release it when it is (hopefully) ready!

I feel like one of the main things people forget why no one played it is because of how slow it was. One person had to sim each week and it took forever to get through one week. It was also bad since there was no real draft or fantasy draft, everything was kind of automatic. For fantasy draft, players were randomly put on teams, you couldn't draft your own team. For the draft, I think you could 'star' or 'pin' players that you would draft if available and if they weren't it was random. It just felt like no one had full control of their own team which is why no one played it

I believe they'll probably call the extended year season(NHL DYNASTY) WHICH ALLOWS you to control ALL 32 teams instead of one,you probably be able to play more then one game in Dynasty mode instead of one,Trade will not move without your approval and you'll be able to trade players with multiple teams during the season instead of just being able to trade just from that one team you selected in the beginning which I HATED in the last NHL'S...I wanted to make trades in a franchise mode and wasn't able...I was pissed like this player got traded in real life but I can only trade in the game from the team I selected...so with that being said it sucked that watching that player being traded in real life and I can't make that same trade in the game kinda made me not want to continue the franchise mode...see what I'm saying? But I think by EA DOING A WONDERFUL JOB this year and by them announcing there WONT BE A GM mode I believe they add that all in a mode called LIKE (NHL DYNASTY) EXCELLENT #EASPORTS 💯🍻

I personally would love a feature to create custom goalie masks. Maybe start with Be a Pro and Create a team/player then move it to online to see people's creativity, especially those who love playing as goalies. Best part would be making a custom Mighty Ducks mask but that's just me

Online tournaments where you play a 3 min period game. All the way to the cup. 10 players and you all have to draft at the beginning. All trophies you win stay on your profile so people can see. Also they should add a fantasy league mode where you choose players from the games played in real life that week and if you get the hi score of the random lobby your put in you get free packs for ultimate team or chel coins. (They already do this on ufc 5)

I wouldn't use it for playing with other players, I just want to be able to control as many teams as I want to stop the AI from being stupid. You can control the whole league in 2k, Madden, and MLB the show. NHL you get one team and have to suffer with dumb AI in franchise mode

CFB does not have cross-platform enabled for Dynasty this year. given the size of the NHL community that would be a must to bring this mode back. I know that madden franchise is cross-platform but note these things take time to implement. the mode has to be faster I think I like the idea of integrated sim points decide how many games to play in a year and you click a button to sim to each checkpoint. just think about how it was to schedule these games then. times that by 10 now. I don't know if I'll play even I they bring it back

I have to say, as much as I want to believe the multi-year thing is true, I don't take that at face value. I think it's something they WANT to put multiple years into, because they know if they rush it and it ends up sucking, the fringes of the fanbase that stuck around in the hopes of the mode returning, they're gone for good. And NHL as a series just doesn't have a big enough fanbase to justify alienating even MORE of the playerbase. 23 was the first Franchise overhaul we had gotten since NHL 15, it's not clear if 25 is getting any worthwhile changes. With that in mind, the incentive to BUY these games is already low for a large chunk of the player base. Any major screwup on EA's part is a death sentence to the series as we know it. If it takes them 5 years to get GM connected "right", good. I'd rather it take 5 to get it right than 2 or 3 to get it wrong, even if I don't plan on using the mode a ton. Just from a gameplay standpoint I fully intend on giving 25 a try this year, the AI changes alone intrigue me but if there aren't some solid create a team and franchise additions, I'm probably not buying.

We can’t even play gm mode where we control multiple teams at once offline. Every other sports game has it. My brother and I love to play mlb the show franchise mode with eachother. Play our user games and fantasy draft etc. At least put that in. Nhl2k7 had it LOL
