Islanders getting Barzal and Beauvillier for Reinhart was a god damn fleece that arguably saved the franchise However I wish they kept that third to draft Cirelli.

Oh boy, the first round Boston wishes everyone will forget. Sure the draft can be a crap shoot, but when you have 3 picks in a row, and the next 3 picks afterwards are Barzal, Connor and Chabot...yikes. Heck Ottawa just got Senyshyn for a 7th.

It’s not that Debrusk and Zboril are bad( forget the other guy). Debrusk I was actually happy when they drafted him. It’s just to miss on Barzal really hurt. He was the center I wanted. Funny thing is the other center I wanted to I thought would be around when the bruins picked was Parvel Zacha who they just traded for.

@@mshat18 Although DeBrusk is a "hit" it was still a mismanaged pick on the wing. He was viewed as a vastly inferior player to Kyle Connor at the time and he remains vastly inferior right now.

I know i'm late but i'll make a bold prediction none the less... Connor will be the biggest bust of all time! I know he had a 150+ point season last year and among the highest PPG in history so far... But i predict this won't last and he will fizzle out like so many superstars have and be seen as a major "what if" bust like so many super stars in the past... BTW for people who doubt me... I predict Sydney Crosby being a bust and sure enough he was injury proned most his career after his first few big seasons so i know what i'm talking about! Edmonton sure can pick them no wonder they keep losing... Also Bedard is going to be a bust too after a few big seasons-0 see the pattern here people with these kind of dwindling super star types... Splash in the pot doesn't equal a HOF career! K!!!!!
