@@andre9710 The Québec Nordiques were relocated from Québec City to Colorado in the 90s. All the recent expansions (Vegas, Seattle, etc) have been made in the US while there are actual markets in the North that could welcome an NHL team. And there's the Arizona Coyotes, a terrible team in the middle of a freaking desert. They could be relocated to Québec City for instance but it's not in Bettman's plans and he won't do anything to make it happen.

Failure picks included; Louis Leblanc (2009), Jarred Tinordi (2010), Nathan Beaulieu (2011), Alex Galchenyuk (2012), Nikita Scherbak (2014), Michael McCarron (2013), Danny Kristin (2008) and David Fischer (2006) to name a few. A lot of them never even played a single NHL game!
