Praxis hard to say.... VAN was very inconsistent this season. Sept-Oct they had a very high xGF and dominating PP; Nov-early Dec they had league-worst shooting % but very high shots; mid Dec-Feb they had very low shots but led the league in shooting % and also sh%+sv%; then Marky got injured and they were trending down again But it would be hard to believe anyone who forecasted them to make or miss the POs just because they had such wild volatility all season - they were trending down but there was enough time left they could have become hot for the 3rd time Either way it may have came down to the 4 four-point games they had left with teams right below them in the standings - not unlike the play-in round.

Another great game to watch. Not a fan of either team but like each team for how they play. The Knights are just so deep from first line to the 4 the line, where the Canucks have better top end talent but don't have the same depth. Another thing, Quinn Hughes got exposed this game and he finally looked like a rookie. The guy is a stud but he didn't have a great game tonight.

The Canucks are actually one of of the best teams at running 4 lines. Don’t know what you’re saying about them not having depth. Go have a look at game 5 and game 6 vs the blues and you will see what I mean. Mostly 3rd liners and 4th liners that scored.

Probably the deepest team in the NHL. But they don't have any guy on the team that is elite like Pettersson. Vancouver is a deep team, just the Knights have more talent on the 3rd and 4th line then the Canucks.

I looked him up bc I saw he hasn't been playing (not that that's been a problem, Lehner has been a beast) and saw that he was on IR? It is good experience, we have beat the defending champs in the blues and now are playing what I would argue is next best team to take west. This is also the first playoff run for many of these young players of this new core. - Ottawa lost players to melnyk greed in exodus - Winnipeg lost players to injury and couldn't renew contracts in another exodus - Edmonton had chiarelli throw away their depth, they overworked talbot and never fixed d holes Can still see how this season plays out but if we can become consistent and get some decent renewals and offset bad contracts could be in for a number of runs at cup. A run at the cup is still a run at the cup and looks like nucks window is now opening up
