Minnesota, Seattle, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, Tampa Bay, St Louis, San Jose, Vegas, Columbus, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Ottawa, Carolina, New Jersey. That's 18, over half of the league. And I'm positive there are a few more.
