For those of you that don’t know what was with the Price one: So Anderson’s (Kid’s name) mom died of Cancer a few months ago and she promised Anderson that she’d do anything to allow him to meet Price since he was such a big fan. Apparently he didn’t take his mom’s death well and he was really depressed. Anderson’s uncle knew an ex-trainer on Toronto and managed to get into them training in Toronto. After the experience Anderson’s aunt said that he was much happier. And this ladies and gentlemen, is why Price is my favourite player. Edit: He also invited the boy to the Vegas All Star awards in 2018 and now also has his phone number. So pretty amazing stuff

These athletes go above and beyond every day to bring hockey to kids around the world and to give back to those that give to them.
