Right call for both suspensions. A cross check to the head is unjustified - no question. Mcdavid could have dealt with it differently.

Thats the good thing about player safety. They don't cry that its about the best player. They look at the players history and level of the fine. 3 games for each is fair

Good video as always. Agree with all your analysis on EK #65. Mystery why Pens even pursued him. Hard to imagine any contending team wanting to dole out 5M/yr x years for this guy, but I guess anything is possible. Rakell would be an excellent pickup. Lots of teams will have interest. Bit surprised McDavid got 3 games, thought maybe 2 at the most.

I’m an EK65 fan but Rakell would be a better fit for the Sens. Sens defense are doing well and we have 7 or 8 we can use but we need some scoring wingers for Stutle.

Did you watch the game ? Mcdavid hung all over Garland even laid on Garland, then punched him in the back of the head ..Then Garland gave it right back to mcdavid ..Without punching him ..Mcdavid cross checked the side of Garland head ..So sad to hear a good Podcaster not calling it right
